Water & Filtration
Clean water is something we take seriously, especially when campground water quality can change every time we move.
We use a Blu Technology water filtration system to help reduce sediment and other contaminants while improving the taste and quality of the water entering our RV.
It has become one of those systems we rarely think about anymore — and that is exactly what we want from something we rely on every day.
Internet & Connectivity
Reliable internet is a major part of full-time RV life for us.
We use internet for uploading videos, managing Campfires & Motors, staying connected, trip planning and everyday life on the road.
Our setup is built around Starlink, along with the networking gear needed to keep a reliable connection while traveling. We previously used cellular service as a backup, but found it too inconsistent for our needs, so Starlink is now our primary internet solution on the road.
There is no single internet solution that works everywhere, but StarLink has proven to be reliable and their network keeps improving and getting faster.
RV Maintenance & Repairs
When your RV is your home, maintenance becomes part of the lifestyle.
We carry tools, spare parts and maintenance supplies because waiting for a repair shop is not always practical when you are traveling.
Some projects are routine. Others happen unexpectedly in a campground, parking lot or on the side of the road.
The equipment we carry has grown based on problems we have actually encountered, not simply on a list of things someone said every RVer should own.
Truck & Towing
Our truck has to do more than get us from one place to another.
It handles long travel days, mountain passes, changing weather and thousands of miles of towing.
That makes maintenance, towing equipment and the products we use in the truck especially important to us.
We have trusted AMSOIL products in our vehicles and equipment for more than 25 years, and they continue to be part of how we maintain our tow vehicle on the road.
Camping & Everyday RV Gear
Not everything we carry is complicated.
Some of the most useful items in the RV are simple things that make setup, campsite life or everyday travel easier.
That includes leveling equipment, hoses, electrical accessories, storage solutions, outdoor gear and plenty of small items that have proven useful after repeated use.

Camera & YouTube Gear
Campfires & Motors also travels with a lot of camera gear.
Our videos and photos are created while we are hiking, driving, camping and exploring, so our equipment has to be flexible enough to handle all of those situations.
We use a mix of cameras, action cameras, drones, microphones and accessories depending on what we are filming.
We don’t believe you need expensive equipment to start creating, but good gear can make the job easier once you know what you actually need.
